Marc Couch serves as Ark Strategic’s Chief Technology Officer, bringing a unique combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial innovation, and enterprise-scale technical leadership. Marc’s career began as a Communications Electronics Technician aboard the USS Wasp, where he troubleshot mission-critical systems in environments where reliability matters and decisions have consequences.

He is the lead developer of BlackBox, the company’s building intelligence system. His work spans full-stack engineering, multi-agent AI orchestration, and systems integration, turning advanced reality capture data into actionable operational tools for organizations at scale.
